8 oz package of cooked baby beets
Baby spinach leaves
8 oz goat cheese, cut into small cubes
Balsamic glaze
Candied walnuts, crushed
Bamboo cocktail skewers
Cut each beet in half.
Build the skewers in the following manor, 1 beet half, 2 leaves of baby spinach folded in half and small chunk of goat cheese.
Plate the skewers and drizzle with the balsamic glaze and sprinkle with the crushed walnuts.
