Pull Apart Pizza Bread

2 cans of Pillsbury Pizza dough or biscuits

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (5 oz) package mini pepperoni slices

1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp oregano, chopped

¼ cup chopped parsley

2 cloves of garlic, grated

1/3 cup olive oil

1 cup pizza sauce


Preheat oven to 350º


Spray a 10” pizza pan with cooking spray and place a small dipping sauce bowl in the center.


In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, pepperoni, parmesan, basil, parsley and oregano.


In a whisk bowl, stir together the olive oil and garlic. Add to the cheese mixture.


Cut the dough into 2” pieces and toss them with the cheese mixture. Place the dough (in multiple layers) around the sauce bowl on the pizza pan.


Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the biscuits have browned. If the top biscuits begin to brown earlier than the rest, gently lay a piece of foil over the top.


While the bread is baking, heat the pizza sauce.


Remove from the oven, fill the sauc
