9 cups crispy rice cereal squares
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cup confectioner's sugar
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and add the cereal. Stir gently until completely covered in the chocolate.
Pour the powdered sugar into a tall unscented plastic trash bag and add the cereal. Shake the bag until all the cereal is well coated with the sugar.
Remove the cereal from the bag and store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Kid favorite!
