¾ lb angel hair pasta
2 ½ cup plus 2 tbsp chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp chopped green onions, divided
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 ½lb uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the broth, garlic, lemon pepper and 3 tbsp each of green onion and parsley; cook for 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp has turned pink.
Drain the pasta and place in a large serving bowl. Top with the shrimp mixture and the remaining onions and parsley.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and warm crusty bread
