1 cup unsalted butter
4 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 large garlic clove, grated
1 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the butter until it has a whipped consistency. Combine all other ingredients in a smaller bowl and fold the mixture into the butter.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve or save for use in cooking.
