White Trash Candy

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup rice cereal squares

1 cup golden grahams

2 cups peanuts(optional)

2 12oz bags white chocolate

Mix all the crunchy ingredients in a large bowl. Separate the mixture into 2 equal portions.

Melt one bag of chocolate until smooth in the microwave. Pour over one portion and stir to coat the cereal evenly. Spread onto a piece of wax paper in a 1” layer. Repeat the process with the second batch.

After about 10 minutes break the layer into bite sized pieces and serve.
